🎬Holiday Screen Acting & Action Workshop!
Updated: Oct 8
Two scenes. Two skills. One unforgettable experience!
Give your child the chance to step in front of the camera and experience both screen acting and fight choreography in one exciting holiday workshop.
They'll create and perform a scripted scene, then switch gears and learn fight choreography for a separate action scene — before putting both performances in front of the camera.
And the best part?
🎥 They'll receive professionally edited footage of their performances to take home!
🎭 SCENE 1 — SCRIPT WRITING & SCREEN ACTING
Students will work together to develop and write their own short scene, explore their characters, rehearse their performances and then film the scene on camera.
They'll learn how to:
Develop a character
Work with a script
Deliver dialogue
Perform for the camera
Work with other actors
Understand blocking and camera positioning
🥋 SCENE 2 — FIGHT CHOREOGRAPHY & SCREEN COMBAT
Students will then step into the world of action filmmaking.
Working safely with choreographed movements, they'll learn how to perform a screen fight while making every movement look convincing on camera.
They'll learn:
Screen combat techniques
Reaction acting
Timing and coordination
How to sell an action sequence to camera
Safe performance techniques
🎥 TAKE HOME YOUR PERFORMANCE
This isn't just a day of classes.
Your child gets to see themselves on screen.
Their scripted scene and fight choreography scene will be filmed and professionally edited, giving them footage they can keep and share with family
